Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (607) 273-2937. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, quick-oil-llc.keeq.io.

Ithaca is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ithaca follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Ideal auto shop experience, rarely any wait never any complaints. It’s the only place I go. It reminds me of the early-2000s auto shop Lego set which is a big plus. Also, I don’t know why they do this, but they always seem to clean my vehicle when I bringing it in for maintenance, oil, etc. even if the car is in the bay for <15 minutes. Great service.

Super good group of guys working when I went through. Told me my transmission fluid was low but that they didn't have the kind I needed. Offered to do it for free if I went and got the correct type. So I went to auto zone, got it, and came back. They did it quickly and told me to have a great day. Recommend if you need an oil change in the area.

I recently had an excellent experience at Mobile 1 Lube Express! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand, and the repair work was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Tyler, the manager to anyone in need of trustworthy and skilled automotive care!

Not sure why I haven’t come here before but this place had my mini in and out of there in 25 minutes while other places I’ve taken it to needed me to leave it overnight (!) and had to take it apart for what seemed like a simple oil change for these guys. I hardly ever do reviews but I had extra time before work today because I was in and out of there so quickly this morning. Thank you!

I was incredibly happy to find this service center while I was on the road for work. The young lady that helped me out was very knowledgeable and super nice. The entire crew presented a very professional appearance and provided an excellent experience. If you need your vehicle serviced, I highly recommend bringing it here. Thank you again!

The service here is fantastic. We brought our Volvo in with an oil issue. It ended up needing the dealership, but the guys evaluated what they could, gave us recommendations and a quart of oil with no charge. Definitely will be back when this issue is fixed.

When my regular mechanic of 10 years couldn't get me in, I got right in for same day service here. My brakes weren't working properly and it sounded like metal was on metal somewhere in my front end. The staff explained everything clearly, gave me an accurate estimate for everything and had my car done in just a few hours. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and the quality of work. I always feel taken care of coming here for oil changes as well. Highly recommended.
